IMX 2025 Shanghai Announces Third Wave of Speakers

SHANGHAI, CHINA – The International Music Expo (IMX) announces the third round of speakers for its fifth edition in Shanghai, taking place October 22-25, 2025. Presented in conjunction with Music China at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (Hall N3), the event continues to strengthen its program under the theme “2025 Connection.”

This announcement adds 19 speakers, including 6 international executives and 13 Chinese industry leaders and artists. They will participate in the main conference sessions, contributing to a global dialogue on the music industry’s innovation ecosystem alongside previously announced speakers from the British Phonographic Industry (BPI), Worldwide Independent Network (WIN), Independent Music Coalition Japan (IMCJ), The Record Label Industry Association of Korea (LIAK), Music Copyright Society of China (MCSC), Taihe Music Group and many more.

IMX 2025 - Davidson Lynch Shyllon

Davidson Lynch Shyllon (SILVASTONE), Founder of White Hut Studios (UK), is a producer, songwriter, and artist whose music fuses Afrobeats, Afrohouse, and UK urban sounds. His work includes multiple EPs and music for Netflix’s The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. He received a MOBO Awards nomination for Best African Artist and was shortlisted for the AIM Independent Music Awards Diversity Pioneer Award in 2024.

IMX 2025 - Jay Reynolds

Jay Reynolds, Music Director (A&R) at Tristar Records Ltd (UK), is a two-time Grammy-winning mixer and producer who has worked with Dua Lipa, Fred again.., and Rudimental. His work has achieved billions of global streams. He operates Mix Studios in London’s Shepherd’s Bush, featuring Dolby Atmos-certified immersive audio systems.

IMX 2025 - Maxim Voroshilov

Maxim Voroshilov, Business and Operations Director at Pulse (Russia), brings extensive experience in artist management, digital marketing, and international A&R. At age 24, he led Russia’s largest independent dance label. He facilitated ADA’s entry into Russia in 2021 and joined Pulse (part of S&P Digital) as Chief Operating Officer in 2022.

IMX 2025 - Tomishi Kato

Tomishi Kato, Executive Director at DAFLOW.AI (Japan), spent over a decade in copyright operations at JASRAC before joining ByteDance in 2019, where he led copyright licensing and data management for TikTok, TikTok Music, CapCut, and SoundOn. He joined Daflow.AI in 2025 to advance cross-border music distribution in Asia.

IMX 2025 - Aram Danielyan

Aram Danielyan, Marketing Director at S&P Digital (Russia), has over ten years of industry experience and established the company’s brand partnership division. He orchestrated collaborations including Basta with Coca-Cola during the 2018 FIFA World Cup and Little Big with Tuborg.

IMX 2025 - James Lawton

James Lawton, Musician and Producer at Room 8 Music (UK), is an award-winning multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer. He has collaborated with chart-topping UK artists and worked with Sony, Universal, and Defected. His music has been featured on Netflix, Disney+, Warner, and ESPN.

IMX 2025 - 国琨

Guo Kun, Deputy Director-General of the China Audio-video Copyright Association (CAVCA), holds a Master’s degree in Law and has worked in copyright for over ten years. He has led landmark projects including China’s first Mini Karaoke copyright licensing and broadcast performance remuneration rate negotiations.

IMX 2025 - 于蓝

Yolanda Yu Lan, Head of Kuaishou Music, brings over 16 years of music copyright experience across internet platforms. She previously held core positions at Kuwo Music, Ocean Music Group, and Tencent Music Entertainment (TME). She launched industry-first copyright settlement standards for short video and livestreaming in 2021.

IMX 2025 - 邓玉

Dylan Deng Yu, Technical Director at iFlytek Music, leads the company’s technology and product development, creating integrated solutions combining digitalization, big data, and AI across music production, distribution, marketing, and copyright management. iFlytek Music has produced content achieving over 120 billion total plays.

IMX 2025 - 黄颂舜

Huang Songshun, General Manager of the Songwriting Division at Kanjian Music, specializes in copyright management and songwriting representation, focusing on maximizing copyright asset value for labels and musicians across multiple application scenarios.

IMX 2025 - 杨卓远

Yanis Yang Zhuoyuan, Artist, Creative Planner, and Founder of No Art Office, is a cross-disciplinary artist who has collaborated with renowned musicians and international brands. He focuses on integrating artistic aesthetics with AI technology to incubate new talent and extend the market vitality of musical works.

IMX 2025 - 陈红

Hannah Chen Hong, Senior Music Industry Professional, is a music copyright expert with over 15 years of experience in the internet music sector. She formerly led the Bilibili Copyright Music Center and previously served as Head of Western Music Copyright and Head of QQ Music Content at Tencent Music Entertainment (TME).

IMX 2025 - Simson 叶森森

Simson Ye Sensen, Head of the China Ibiza Label, is an entertainment industry expert and co-founder of Mixmag China. He has led content strategy and branding for major festivals like Dreamland Festival and EDC China, focusing on the commercialization of electronic music culture.

IMX 2025 - 陈雪凝

Shirley Chen Xuening, Musician, is a singer-songwriter who gained viral success at age 18 with her original song “Green.” Her works, including “White Camellia” and “Your Tavern Closed for Me,” are known for their simple, heartfelt melodies that capture the experience of growing up.

IMX 2025 - 傅如乔

Meddhi Fu Ruqiao, Musician and Member of the Good Good Planet Label, is a University of Toronto graduate whose hit song “Wei Wei” surpassed 1 billion plays online. A winner of the QQ Music Original Music Competition, she released the self-produced EP “Big Kid” and is active across variety shows and live performances.

IMX 2025 - 刘莉旻

Liu Limin, Musician and Member of the Good Good Planet Label, is a prominent Cantonese singer-songwriter with over 550,000 followers. Her singles have achieved over ten million plays, and she has appeared on popular variety shows like “We Are Folk Singers 2022” while also contributing to film and TV soundtracks.

IMX 2025 - 张钰

Zhang Yu, Musician and Member of the Good Good Planet Label, is a singer-songwriter who gained widespread attention on the variety show “Youth With You 2.” Her original single “Love, Seed, Flower” has over 3 million plays, and in 2022, she released the EP “Mulled Wine” and embarked on a national tour.

IMX 2025 - 饭卡

Franklin Zeng (Fanka), Independent Musician and Music Producer, is the first mainland China graduate of NYU’s Clive Davis Institute. Formerly in A&R at a major label, his solo work has surpassed 500 million plays. He is the dedicated music partner for the animated IP “Link Click” and a founder of the songwriting group The Magazine.

IMX 2025 - 邬楚钰

Wu Chuyu, Creator and Producer of “homegrown”, is a Peking University and NYU Music Business graduate. After working at Atlantic Records and Universal Music China, she founded the independent music program “homegrown,” managing all aspects from production to promotion to foster the “organic growth” of musicians.
