Established by John Francis, a returning national of St Kitts & Nevis in 2005, DanceBEAT is an internationally active independent record company having special relationships with music producers, artists and DJ’s. Its aim is to deliver musical offerings ranging from high-energy dance music to Ambient and World Music. Its scope was to represent African and Caribbean artists, musicians and producers in Scandinavia for: management, concert tours, studio productions, distribution and music publishing. In essence, the delivery of World Music in Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Finland. The DanceBEAT project consists of a number of labels, SOLARPLEXUS, SAFE, LIAMUIGA, KEEPINTOUCH and DanceBEAT Records that are committed to showcase new artists while maintaining ongoing relationships with dynamic remix DJ’s and producers that put the label’s artists onto the cutting edge of modern dance music and sounds for the new age.
